What is Facebook anyway?  

Got a ticket Saturday.....The big dogs busted out the door when I got home from work..... awoke to animal control, two cars full of people and a police car in front of my house....
After getting the ticket went back to sleep.....

Next day the dog across the street ran free for 3 hours.....and one of my big dogs busted out of the house to chase that running dog...... caught him and when bringing him back to the house I discovered that the dog was female in heat......  Just my luck..... I get the ticket while their dog runs free enticing mine to break out of the house......

Sugar free cake, dream catcher and a wonderful card received today at work for my Birthday.  Our group jumps at a chance to share food, but it was very thoughtful to gift me with a wonderful card.  It has a dream catcher and two wolves on it.....

( I found out later that the icing on the cake was not sugar free)  It was good cake.....
 
Looked up and saw this sign in the bathroom of a doctors office I went to recently...... after reading it found that there were no buzzers to push..... and.....really would have to yell if I needed help.

This is the Union Station in Downtown Kansas City, Mo...... It's shape reminds me of the Arc De Triumph

  Called to say goodbye I listened to my cousin's voice of urgency, his mom would not make it through the night.  His mom, my favorite Aunt waited until Valentine's day was over, an.hour into Sunday the15th to take her last breath. 

I really wanted her to wake up.  She slept though and did not wake slipping quietly into that journey we all take at the end of our life.  Leaving those left behind wondering, hoping that place her spirit goes will be what we all dream of and hope for.

I remember a guy back in 1972 who was in the process of getting a chapter of the Hell's Angels started in Memphis Tn.  He was sitting on his couch discussing his plans.  Behind him was a huge collage of children's drawings...... When asked he explained that the drawings were all of his childhood drawings given to his mother as a child.  As a gift she made this collage for him.  

this is true and not a dream..... I wonder if he got things rolling and how he is.

Google maps has panoramic pictures of many streets in the US.  I went exploring in France and saw Arc De triumph and other interesting sites.

Merry Christmas Everyone !!

Sitting here watching the city camera focused on the highways.  Traffic is moving smoothly in spite of the ice storm heading our way.  Have 1 hour to make a decision.  Do I drive into work and get stuck there by an ice storm or stay home and avoid the mess. 

This past Tuesday we got 4 inches or more of snow.  Newscaster said they would be putting down beet juice on the roads.  First thing that comes to mind is 'wouldn't that be pretty?  Turning the grey roads maroon or purple with beet juice.'  I don't know what beet juice is.....the roadways are not changed in color.....would be interesting.though.  

Cloud cover prevents view of the sky and the beautiful full moon up there. Chanced to see it rise in front of me on my way to work while behind the sun was going down in a fire blaze of red turning the sky clouds around it purple..... with only a phone camera couldn't quite get a pic of that to share, but the memory of it's beauty made my week......

My finances are crashing down..... Have a 2nd line of credit that has ballooned into 25,000 that I cannot pay with 6 credit cards maxed.....  Xmas is not looking so good this year.... adding to the finance fix is owing tax on the house......3 yrs worth.....   

I've learned not to look at finances until payday once every 2 weeks..... The worry gets to me, now I am afraid the practice may have caused me to not be thrifty and keep it under control.....yikes.

Woke up to a loud boom today..... Did a walk around the house.....nothing out of place..... blamed it on the cats and went back to bed.

Dreamed of two Steve's gone missing on a camping trip.....in the dream one called me and said they were heading back last Tuesday....now they are missing...... If I could back up what the tv, left on while I was sleeping, I might get a clue where I got the plot to the dream.  I do not know, but it concerned me enough to go out on my own in the dream looking for them...... I seem to dream often of the wilderness I explored.  It was familiar...... I found them.  They were fine though didn't remember me.  Woke up wondering if I should act on this and discover where the Steve's I know are and if they are alright, or just let it go as a tv plot induced dream......

Youngest purchased and cooked Thanksgiving Turkey with all fixings ..... We feasted for 4 days.
