I've found that the compulsion to write gone..... Site is not abandoned, I am just out exploring the world.  I'm finding that anger though it causes me to drive my car a bit faster when it is festering, it does not create anything worth writing..... 

Just had a visual of the phrase 'knocked you for a loop' much like the juggler who's toss at some point missed that area intended.  I see the spin sometimes just between being awake and falling into sleep.   Not knowing if it is something un-noticed that has always been there or not.  Chasing the possibilities drives thoughts to an unknowable area..... Nope not going crazy..... Just chasing a muse that doesn't want to be explained.....

Have this internet connection that lets you get on a page then dis-connects.  On/off/on/off.....not much fun when spending the time to write to have it all wiped away..... then i discovered an outlet was half plugged in and pulled possible by a sleeping dog..... 

Lots of shopping yesterday.....one way to avoid this heat wave..... can appreciate air conditioning more when it's not working at home. 

Hope all are staying cool out there this summer.

1 more week to memorial day.....

OTIS ..... brand name for our elevators..... 6 on our floor.  Since arriving at the new building for work I've been on them all..... they have numbers..... OTIS 13 my favorite to and from the garage..... Our building has an oddity..... OTIS 1, 2, 3 & 6 I understand.  It's OTIS 7 & 8 that confused me..... when I got off the elevator I had to confirm that there were 6 not 8 elevators to the building.

When you press the button, the elevator arrives, it is empty..... do you verify that floor is there before you step on and press the button to get to your floor? I look down and marvel that the floor is black like an empty void....wondering why that choice of color? I am grateful of one thing as I ride to my floor..... no elevator music. Wait.... did I forget to press that button again? Arriving at a random floor..... wait I haven't gone anywhere..... the elevator just sat there waiting.....I am now sharing a ride to my floor with a friend.

What do you do when you have the means to say something..... but you have nothing.... either no time or brain freeze when you stare at the page?

22 cats were taken to a shelter.....neighbors complained about all the outside cats running around and called the city..... and.....with tears in her eyes my neighbor who had been caring for them gathered them up and delivered them to the shelter.  All 22 cats had names..... personalities......trust..... Odd that they all showed up 2 days after I'd mentioned that no more kittens, cats to be rescued in a couple of years...... I am just now getting used to them being gone..... have pictures but do not know how to download pictures from phone to computer..... Once I figure that out will upload some. 

Saturday I received a surprise..... a package for my birthday.  I've been without a computer for so long I don't remember the last crash..... To day I am typing on my very own laptop.....  Really a surprise..... will take some getting used to not having to borrow one of my son's computer's.

Been listening to Arthur Brown on the way to and from work..... One night getting off from work..... got into the car.... turned the key..... started the car..... and Arthur Brown SCREAMED 'GET OUT' from the back speaker of my car.....  Took a bit of time to focus ..... realized what had happened..... and recover.
