3800.00 loan and I now have a new furnace. Guess a furnace for a house has a 20 year life..... no one told me that..... It was installed 2/5/14 ..... Nice again to feel heat here.

gas furnace.....have a fireplace with apache wood burning stove insert....
About your last reply above , also have intalled an wood insert after lining the chimney . Please, see the post before the last on my site
