  • Christmas day our furnace went out..... That Friday my oldest got it working again..... Thursday January 30, 2014, this week, it went out again! Just in time for the coldest weather..... Blower motor overheats and stops working.

    Been watching Youtube to get the information needed to inform a repair man should I if possible be able to afford it..... One watched today Step 1. Check Thermostat 2. check breaker box 3. Check on & off switch at furnace. 4. If that doesn't get it working call a repairman.

    I'm afraid I need an advanced tutorial for a moron. This one did not help, but it was good for a laugh. Then realization that basically it is too true. As most people in this world, don't know how it works or what the components are, I didn't worry about function until it quit working!!!!!

  • .... and it is teh same for all of the modern machines and also the cars . Who know how the motor is made ?
    We become slaves of the machines !!!
    You are going frozen, GC . We knew that situation some years ago but we had a fire place burning wood to save us !.... like in the past time ! :-)
